THEFT

I was notified that a package was en-route which in past experience meant that it would arrive at my door within the hour. But 7 hours later, still no package. All attempts to contact Wumdrop and the business they were delivering on behalf of failed. I sent an email notifying them of the missing/****** package and within two minutes received an automated message saying an attempt for delivery was made and that I was unavailable. A lie proven easily through surveillance footage. Appalling service compounded by the lies to cover it up as well.
