The Worst Service

I ordered two items from Makro and was informed that the parcels would be delivered by 01/08/2024. I was home all day and the parcel did not arrive. I called your driver(Siphelele), but my call was diverted to a voice message system. This morning I received a text message that the parcel had been returned to the sender. WHAT A SERVICE YOU PROVIDE!!! I reached out to you using the chat box and was informed by your agent(Hlamalani), that I should contact the sender to arrange with the sender and the chat was ended.
