The WORST courier company I have EVER had to deal with

This is the worst courier company I have EVER had to deal with. I placed an order with Makro on the 29th of July and it was supposed to be delivered by the 31st. I tried contacting WumDrop as the order was marked as "delivered" on the Sunday when no one called me to say that they had arrived. Every day since then, the tracker has said that the order is "Pending pick-up". I have tried calling the landline for WumDrop multiple times and my calls never get answered. I then sent an email to Support and a "Clara" contacted me to say that "the order will be delivered today". I was told this almost every day last week. I am now fed up and have had to revert to Makro to sort this mess out.
