THE REAL DEFINITION AND EXAMPLE OF WHAT BAD SERVICE CONSISTS OF!!!!

I ordered from Makro (gqeberha) and the very next morning i received a message notifying me that my order was collected by the Courier (Carl). I was very surprised how fast Makro processed my order and had it ready for delivery. Makro's online service in Gqeberha is absolutely amazing!!!! That is where the good service ends unfortunately. I am utterly disgusted with the service I received from a wumdrop driver (Carl) who has made the entire online experience from store to customer A VERY VERY BAD one! I am almost still speechless. I have never come across somebody that's so unprofessional, has an extremely bad attitude, is very rude and has absolutely no respect for the items that he delivered to my premises! When he arrived at my house, he had music playing so loud that I looked through my window because I thought a Taxi had stopped in front BUT only to discover it was the driver. The way he spoke to me was as if I was a piece of S#@t. Worst of all, once I went back into my house with my items, the music was put extremely loud again. I peeped through the window..... only to find the driver peeing at 1 of my tree's in my front yard which is next to my driveway. Does wumdrop train drivers ON HOW NOT TO HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR WHAT? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!
