The lies and attitude from one of your drivers is appalling

I've been getting items delivered to me the past few weeks and never have I had such a horrible experience with a driver. 1st I got a from an unknown number that hung up when I picked up. Then they get to my place and start hooting. Out of curiosity I step outside to check since I am expecting a delivery. The driver rolls down the window doesn't greet and asks my name and when I confirm they tell me to come get my stuff. When I open the gate and ask why the hooting without a phone call, they lie to my face and tell me they called multiple times and tells me to come around the passenger seat to take my parcel. I go around open the door sign and lift my box, as I'm walking away they try to run me down with their van. I just stood in shock as they dove away while mumbling something with an attitude.
