to all who gave WUMDROP a rating of 1(and wished -100 if system could allow), you are absolutely genuine and corrective about your terrible experiences. this company as "POWERED BY MASSMART" is the worst administered and even HELL will reject them. the fish rot from the head and the rest is history. you will complain until you are blue, nothing will happen, except lies and lies and lies and dropped calls. the company "operators" that are supposed to be the "support desk" are in cahoots with "priviledged drivers" who are given preferential treatment as to delivery of your orders and these drivers in cahoots with the ******* support desk operators and specific MAKRO(employees), milk the system big time. their systems are claimed to be top-of-the range technology but they are lying to you, these ******* individuals collaborate upto the levelof their IT suppport to bypass and dupe the so-called secure systems. its an endermic collution and *******ion... the "best performing driver" is an agent, milks the system through channelled deliveries for more pay and give kick-bakcs down the stream, so the courrpt machine is well-oiled while MAKRO and WUMDROP top management ARE "POWERED BY MASSMART" in their deepest incompetant, ******** and sleep of stupidity. Else they have vested interests in the LOOT too thats why they put a blind eye. valuable tipoff for you to ease your pain and frustration, now you know how deep is the rot.
