Terrible & Unprofessional Service - Avoid them at all costs

Ordered an appliance from GAME last week and received an SMS Saying it would be delivered with a tracking number, 3 days later, still no delivery.

There is literally no way of contacting them.

The online chatbot gives you no response.

Their landline goes straight to the answering machine the entire day.

Their online shows zero movement.

NOBODY has contacted me about the status of my order or delivery.

The lacknof professionalism and disregard for their customers is shocking.

Stay far away from them, even if it means avoiding Makro and Game till they change their courier provider.
