Terrible Service Wumdrop / Makro

Worst service recieved from this company. Was awaiting Makro delivery. Was unable to reach driver when calling . I sent a message to driver to leave my parcel at security. Driver later contacted me to say he did not see my message or missed call. Been trying to reschedule for 3 days now only to be informed that the said they called me today and I said I was away for the holidays. This is untrue. There was no contact whatsoever from the driver. I tried to call Wumdrop offices number goes to voicemail. Pathetic service. Drivers are dishonest.
