Terrible Service!!! Stay away from Wumdrop!

Absolutely terrible service, communication, and customer service. I got a message saying that they are on their way to deliver over an hour and a half ago, when I live 15 minutes from the pick-up location. The driver was parked stationary about 6 minutes away and then drove 20 minutes past my house in the other direction. The chat agent on the phone just stated 'oh sorry we didn't agree on a time, and they have gone to do other collections first', when their app clearly stated that they were on their way and how far away they were away from delivering. She then argued with me about it, instead of just admitting their fault and terrible communication. As someone who is paid per hour in my line of work, this atrocious service and communication has cost me money.
