Terrible service from Wumdrop

Wumdrop couriers should not even get 1 star. Terrible, bad service. I am still waiting for a parcel from Game after 10 days now. They promise every day it will be delivered, then there is some issue. They cannot even change the address on the Gps. I wish Game will use other couriers.
