Terrible service from Wumdrop

I made an online purchase on Friday 03/03/2023. The driver called on Saturday to say that he will deliver and I must wait for him. Makro is literally 10 minutes away from where I stay. The Driver's name is Quiniso Ernest. Makro uses Wumdrop as their courier. After waiting two and a half hour, I informed him that I will be going out for just under two hours and to please deliver after. The driver sent back the order to Makro. Up to now, I have not received the order. I have called Makro twice so far to rectify but I have not received the order as yet. Personally - a character like that deserves to be fired.
