Terrible Service and Lies

I processed an order on the 29th of August 2025 and was due to be collected by WumDrop on the 1st of September 2025. The order is still with me till today while my customer is waiting. On calling the company I was told that the driver **** and said that my address is incorrect. The Courier Guys has collected orders from my house on several occasions now. What exactly is the problem?
