Terrible service

Why is Makro using Wumdrop to deliver their orders? This courier is an extention of Makro's business and they suck! Wumdrop list my delivery address as the collection address and Makro Carnival as the delivery address where my parcel must be delivered. But my order was invoiced out of Makro Carnival. Now I've contacted Makro online support hoping someone can solve my problem. How in this day and age can you offer such horrific service? I will never buy from Makro online again because of their courier choice. Appalled at this ridiculous lack of service. Be warned! You do not want to deal with Wumdrop ever!!!!!
