Terrible service

We placed an order with Makro on Saturday for an expensive item and received a call on Sunday morning from Wumdrop saying they would be delivering on Sunday between 12:00 and 18:00. Just before 12:00 we get a call asking if we home as they were coming to drop off our order. 10 minutes later get a call again saying they out in the Vaal, would it be fine if they delivered Monday to which I rep****, "yes". Monday came and went and no delivery. Now Makro tells me tomorrow, the 15th. In the mean time we must sit at home waiting for the delivery that got promised. Best Makro gets another delivery Company as the service with this one is not up to scratch.
