Same Day Delivery Hoax

The misinform people with their "Same Day Delivery" option. I booked for SD delivery and the online system confirmed the booking for the same day collection and delivery. Later during the day i called in and was told that they only service my area once a week and i have to wait for 5 days before they come collect the parcel. They also do not want to take any accountability of misinforming people... they just told me to cancel the shipment and look for alternative corrier. VER BAD.
