RUDE DRIVER AND MISPLACED PARCEL, *********** BEHAVIOUR

I AM DISSATISFIED WITH I HAVE BEEN TREAT BY YOUR COURIERS

Firstly the driver that had to deliver my parcel yesterday was very rude to me, to an extent that he told me that I’ll see where I get my parcels and all sorts of things then hung up on me, until he felt the need to ignore my calls completely. He had the nerve to call after he passed my house and I tried to get him to drop off at my mother’s place not far as he had mentioned that his going to Westonaria or something like that but he was just too abrupt.

Today as I get home sitting waiting for my parcel I get a message stating that my parcel has been delivered and I signed for it, where did I sign when I didn’t even receive a call from the person delivering my parcel, I tried to call the number sent to me but it wasn’t going through, I am not sure if you don’t keep record of your drivers handset and as to how they communicate with clients, I have never been so frustrated dealing with your courier company, it’s like I owe you and I personally didn’t have to deal with you, you have cause me nothing but emotional trauma and frustration

My kids lunch things have been delayed again, day 2 of having to deal with this and I have to be inconvenienced, I am not if this is how you treat all customers or what, and if it has happened to me I’m sure it has happened to other people The nerve of even receiving messages of ratings and all when there has been nothing delivered, playing me for a fool or this is what you do to clients, you **** them, I am not impressed nor happy with how your company operates and for the fat that your number doesn’t even go through ever, what does that say about you, are you trustworthy if people have to feel like this when dealing with your drivers

Can your driver go fetch my parcel wherever he dropped it off, I WANT MY THINGS THAT I WORKED DAMN HARD FOR
