Rude and Condescending Drivers

This is a courier company and they are working with Game Stores, I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a courier company before. I wasn’t happy about the service and experience with the driver he was very rude and condescending and didn’t communicate or rather was willing to listen to me when I advised I’m not home for a delivery.

I also received my Parcel with the tape peeled off on-top, and when I asked why; the driver pointed out that it’s my fault because I wasn’t available on the first attempted delivery. The box too isn’t in the greatest shape you can tell the parcel itself was not being handled well, had a lot of dents and scratches on it.

He also forced me to sign for the delivery before I could access the box and make sure I’m happy with the delivery stating that it’s not his business if I’m happy or not with the delivery his job is to deliver the parcel to me and that’s it.

Overall I didn’t have the greatest experience with this courier company as well as Game stores.
