Poor Service Delivery

I purchased electronics from Game and you gave been sitting with my goods for a solid 12 days now. Nobody answers the phone and if you do eventually you make promises that you don't keep. I am now fed up with you now. How are you going to sort this out and how are going to be compensate me for the inconvenience YOU caused.
