Poor pathetic service

The courier guy called asking me for address, I responded, and he insisted that he drop off my order 2 huge boxes at my work place, I refused because the address on my Aap is not for my work but my home, and he started to mention that he has a lot of orders to deliver, he started to be rude, he then went to a wrong location almost gave away my order to a wrong address at the wrong section, because the lady mentioned that she did not order anything. Then later I received a message that I can't receive my oder because they called and I wasn't available
