Poor customer service

Your delivery service its poor. I bought things from Makro online my items where supposed to be delivered yesterday by the driver from wumdrop. The delivery massage pop up at 13:20 alerting me that i wil get my items she drop of my things before the end of the day yesterday. Around about 16:00 i track her but she switched off her tracking route&i called her she told me that she far from where i stay. It wont be able to deliver for me.till now am stil waiting for my delivery..
