Poor customer service and communication

My online order which was supposed to have been delivered on Wednesday 11 December has still not been delivered! The courier (Wum Drop) first said they were not able to reach me (which was a lie) then my order was rescheduled to Thursday, it’s now Friday and still no delivery of my order? I have contacted both Makro & Wum Drop and I don’t get clear answers instead they keep rescheduling the delivery. I’m so frustrated and at a point of just getting a refund for my delivery! Very bad customer service from Makro and poor communications from Wum Drop!
