Poor customer service

I would never recommend anyone to purchase from Makro online and request a delivery. Yesterday I received an email stating my order would be delivered today and nothing. I had to call Makro to find out how far my delivery was cause I couldn’t track my order. Makro gave me a number to contact Wumdrop and when I called them they told me that my order was delivered yesterday which is a lie. I received no missed call from the courier that they were at my house. My house is easy accessible no one knocked at the gate and door. I didn’t receive any feedback stating that they had tried to reach out to me.
