Pathetic service delivery from Makro and Wumdrop.

I am super frustrated! They were no help at all when I called them to say that the wrong vehicle was sent to collect my furniture. They refused to assist me to rebook the item and requested Makro to do it which is not my problem. I was promised my item 4 days ago. I haven’t received it. I called, spoke to a supervisor and when she asked what time can they make this a priority and have it delivered, I gave a time that would work for me and I was told that it’s not possible. So why ask?

How is a car sent to collect furniture and how does this become our problem when the issue was not on my side? I am sick of the service delivery in South Africa. They had the entire day to rectify the issue and have this delivered on the same day but they refused to be of assistance.

I will never use this courier service for myself or my business and I suggest that no one else does too.
