Pathetic Service Delivery!

Customer service non-existent, service delivery unacceptable. I don't believe partnering with such a service provider will be in the best interests of that business in this case Makro. I have seen so many other complaints, if anything this would suggest specialisation in business reputational damage! It's unbelievable that Makro will hand over a package for any other reason but delivery, only to be told by Wumdrop, “sorry we had to reschedule your delivery because there was a conflicting pick up request.” Why would it be handed over to a delivery company for pickup, totally mind boggling!
