Pathetic service

I placed an online order with Makro Carnival and was informed that my parcels will be delivered by Wumdrop. I subsequently got an sms saying that my parcels will be delivered the following day. On the scheduled day of delivery, towards the end of trading time, I called the allocated driver and he told me that he was allocated wrong parcels, however when I called the store I informed that the driver was given the correct items, with the correct address. The driver refused to bring the items to me, even though I gave him my address through whatsapp. I e-mailed Wumdrop and got an auto acknowledgement mail, but even now my complaint was not resolved. This is very unprofessional company that does deserve our business support, whatsoever - their service is pathetic.
