Pathetic Service

Service is Pathetic to say the least! Ordered online at Makro exactly 7days ago. Was supposed to be delivered 2days ago. Contacted them and they said tomorrow, the package hasn’t been collected. On the other hand l have a driver contacting me and my husband to confirm that he is on his was. He said he was 10mins away right at the same time the support team was saying it hadn’t been collected. Called him after 15mins he says he is now in Soweto, his phone is not working and cannot navigate to my place and that he is borrowing a friend’s phone to navigate to my place. Why the hell is Makro using this pathetic delivery company? I’m furious!!!!
