Pathetic delivery service from Wumdrop

Wumdrop was supposed to deliver my online item I purchased last week Wednesday already. They have not contacted me or made any efforts to get hold of me, rather returning the item back to point of pick-up. I escalated the matter on three occasions with them. They eventually got a driver to get my item out on the road and the driver passes my area going all the way to Pretoria being stuck for hours there. No one at Wumdrop gives a darn about service. I will not recommend this courier service to anyone 😤 I would not give them even 1 star in this rating
