Pathetic customer service

I have been a tennis ball between Makro and Wumdrop regarding an item that was not delivered to me since the 5th February 2025. Nobody but nobody can give me a clear answer where my item is or when it will be delivered.

I have exhausted every platform of communication now - online chat sessions, emails and phonecalls. It is now costing me more to follow up on my order then the value of the order itself!

Absolutely pathetic service from Makro and Wumdrop! I had pleasant delivery experiences with Makro before but after this I will never order online again! Since the 5th Feb is all I get told is that someone will contact me back, still NOTHING!
