Pathetic customer service!!!!
Ordered a plush carpet from Game that was supposed to have been delivered today. I instead got another customers handwash. The driver, Santi Eugine didnt even bother to wait for me to sign for the delivery or check the goods. He just dropped it at reception and left! Had he waited i would have been able to tell the difference between a small handwash and a 2meter long carpet!!! I want this sorted out asap before the other customer *****s or uses my new carpet!!!!
