Non delivery as schedul

Order placed on 27 Feb and scheduled delivery for 1 March. Deliver not made by end of day by 3 March despite whatapp messages to their service number. And numerous telephone calls to both national line and local Nelspruit branch who were supposed to despatch. This is not the first time I experienced non delivery as per schedule my Makro and their delivery agents Wumdrop.
