No service and no communication

They are beyond useless!!!! The driver collect my parcel at Makro last week en send me a sms on wednesday 13 October 08h50 and say he is on the way to deliver my parcel. I've waited the entire morning for him to deliver and by 12h50 he send a message again that he cancelled the delivery and it is on its way back to Makro. I phoned him and he answered the phone like someone who was sleeping. I asked him about my delivery and he told me that he will phone me back but he did not even bother. I have no idea if the parcel is ****** or where it is because no one can tell me where is my stuff that I paid for. Be careful if these people!!!
