No delivery of itemsFwd: Makro order MAK***

Makro not delivering after 3 months Makro order MAK**********. Has not been delivered since November. I ordered 2 bottles of gin as a birthday presents to someone. One item was out of stock with I have been reimbursed for. The other item was handed to Wumdrop couriers. But I never received the order. I contacted bot Makro as well as Wumdrop. Wumdrop's excuse was because it's black Friday the order is late. That was the last communication from them. Now my order number does not even exist anymore at Wumdrop. Makro does not answer my emails. This is theft. I want to be reibursed or I want my item that I ordered. I am going to open a case of theft. Makro wiped my order history which is very suspect.
