No delivery no communication, for 10 days

I received an sms yesterday stating that Charles is on the way with my order, a minute later I received another sms stating that Charles has delivered my order and I should rate him like ***? I have not received any order I tried calling the “Charles” no answer, texted him on WhatsApp test and today still no answer, guys where is my order that I had paid for, because according to these smss you have delivered and I have absolutely no idea to who, either y’all are being dishonest since the order has been with you way longer than it was supposed to and now you’re clearing off your system as if you did you leave job, I also waited all day today hoping that whatever lies I was told yesterday would be sorted today and still nothing.

Charles reads my messages and ignores them.
