No comprehension of customer service.

These guy, they lie to Makro, say they were here and I was not available for delivery. I am watching the gate, sitting at my office desk. They talk BS$#%^$^, not the first time. They phone, I was busy for a moment. I phone back, they don't answer. Really frustrating.
