Most *********** service in South Africa

Horrible service, they send an sms saying they're out for delivery, you check the tracking service it says delivery by 12:28 instead of delivering your package in town just 5min away from makro itself they drive 30minutes out of town and deliver everything out of town first. It's now almost 2pm. What if I went home from work and waited there since 12:00 when I got the sms only to find out you will only deliver at 6pm by me. Most *********** service I've ever experienced.
