Makro will loose customers due to Wumdrop

I received a message that the driver is on route and waited for hours, contact driver to hear if he still delivering - say no he will not make it today he will do it the next day. Then three hours later I received an SMS saying they tried to call me now he's taking back my Makro order to the store. It is not the first time we experience this problem with the courier company. Makro will loose customers because of this courier company. Maybe they must start looking for another courier company.
