The drivers are unprofessional and rude, and every interaction feels like dealing with a taxi driver. Makro should reconsider using this courier, as it tarnishes Makro’s reputation and that of the suppliers on the Makro Marketplace. These individuals lack proper customer service training, and the call center offers the same poor treatment. On one occasion, a driver told me he had too many orders to collect, canceled, and falsely claimed I didn’t answer my phone, even though this was a prepaid service. Based on my experience as a supplier at Makro, things rarely go smoothly. Makro should seriously consider removing Wumdrop as their courier.
