Lies and Pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service. My order was placed on the 31st March with Makro. Wumdrop staff blatantly **** about having collected my order and dropping it off on the 6th April 2023 at midday at which point the driver stopped anwering his phone. They keep changing the status to failed delivery when they never even attempted to deliver. They are *********** and do not answer calls. The chat function is equally useless as the operators cannot do anything except make excuses. I have asked for this to be escalated which they failed to do
