Inefficiency at its best....

Dissapointed

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service provided. The appliance was purchased on the 30th of November, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.

Today is the 9th of December, and the delivery has not yet been completed. There was no clear communication regarding the delivery schedule, and there have been no updates on the status of the delivery.

This lack of efficiency and communication is disappointing.
