Inconsiderate and incomptent service

Received SMS that the parcel was delivered. No sign of the parcel anywhere. Complained to Makro and to Wumdrop, no one knew where the parcel was. A day later it turned out the inconsiderate Wumdrop courier had left the parcel with a neighbour without telling anyone. How untrained and unprofessional can you get ??!!.
