Incompent courier wumdrop

I bought a gift for my partner from makro MAK***. Canopies from wumdrop called to confirm the order would arrive today after 13h00. Called my partner and asked him to be home to receive the Gift. It's 18h11 and nothing was delivered. I called the driver now the phone is off. I am so upset and embarrassed. After seeing reviews of this company I'm starting to wonder if makro is not in cahoots with these people to ***** our orders.
