How are you even in business, useless with Marko order for delivery

If I could give zero starts I would have. Useless.

Order via Makro assigned to Wumdrop who just don't deliver. Day is not even halfway through and then they just advise you that delivery failed... no attempt was even made. Communicating with the drivers is also a failed endeavor. The one that managed to answer his phone (because I have been waiting a while now) said he only does whatsapps.. the after sending they only get back to you well into the evening with nonsensical messages that pretty mush just ends up being them saying someone else will need to deliver.. really. How is this company even in business.
