HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience with a courier. Firstly, they do not inform you that they operate outside of office hours - from 12:00 to 20:00. They cannot confirm whether the delivery will be during office hours or at night - obviously ones' day time address differs from the night time address. But you can only give them one address. So guess what - the guy went to my office at 20:15 Friday night. Since I am not a lady of the night - NO ONE WAS THERE. So the update is that the address is wrong (no it is most definitively not - in the main street, prominent street number, well known business) and they are sending back the goods. This is supposed to be my daughters birthday present - bought on Black Friday discount. Now I have to re-order and pay full price because of some idiotic courier? Yesterday I was told that the package will be delivered between 12:00 and 20:00 today. But if you track the parcel it says it has been returned to sender. I have been trying to talk to someone for over an hour with no luck
