Horrible customer service

The worst Courier company in south africa. Placed an order at makro on the 25th of November 2022, wundrop sent me a link to track order, was supposed to be delivered on thge 28th of November but they did not, you cant get hold of them, they dont answer their phones , and the online chat funtion says someone will be in contact shortly but no reply from them in 4 days, the app says an exception was raised while collecting my order but that does not say what is going on, Makro just says its been handed over to the courier..

That is pathetic client service from WumDrop, i will never in my life recoment them to anyone, its been 4 days and no delivery, this will also mean that i will never again order online from makro
