Frustrations

I really have no words for this. They picked up my order at Makro Strubens Valley, in Roodepoort, then the guy went all the way to Sandton, passing Randpark Ridge where I was waiting for the delivery. Mind you, the area is in between Roodepoort and Sandton, and all routes running between the two places pass in and around Randpark Ridge.

The distance from the store to my workplace is a mere 7km, an 11 minute drive, and surely he drove on one of the roads nearby on his way to Sandton and I was expected to wait until 6pm for him to get to me. It makes no sense that one would opt to deliver far packages and skip a delivery near the pick-up area. To me it really makes no sense. And their tracking dashboard kept saying he was 10 minutes away from the time I got the SMS at around 3pm till I decided to leave at 5pm because there is no way on earth that it would take 2 whole hours to move between Roodepoort and Randpark Ridge
