False tracking update and “failed delivery" excuse by Vhutshilo

My experience with WumDrop regarding Makro order #OD*** has been pathetic. I was notified of a delivery today, but the tracking information is completely inaccurate. The driver, Vhutshilo, is being dishonest. When I managed to reach him, he promised to call me back but failed to do so. Now, he is simply ignoring all my calls. It is unacceptable for a courier to "ghost" a customer while holding their paid goods. I want a supervisor to contact me immediately and ensure my parcel is delivered today, before 8pm as per the SMS I received this morning.
