FALSE DRIVER EXPECTATIONS AND SHORT PAYMENT

It saddens me to advise all that I did deliveries urgently for Wumdrop. Training done via Telegram app as deliveries were URGENT.

I dropped everything and delivered same day. I was requested to go to another area to fetch and deliver to find out that they short paid me.

A supplier gave the wrong address. I had to go and fetch the parcel and redeliver. I was told that I would be funded for extra mileage, this was conveniencely forgotten.

The spreadsheet that was sent is misleading as I took my deliveries and did the calculation myself. I have queried this since Sunday and now I am being avoided.

A delivery I did over the week end was delivered and signed for. The amount they gave me and the amount I should get paid in almost R300 difference.

I have was told to rush back to store to fetch another delivery to be told when I got back that the orders are finished for the night and the store closed.

I just find them very frustrating, inefficient and unprofessional. I wonder if I am ever going to get the money that was SHORT paid to me. Over R1000.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AS EITHER COURIERS OR CONTRACTORS FIR DRIVERS.
