FAILURE TO DELIVER AND SCHEMES

I have been waiting for my delivery from this courier since the 27th of December. Till today with delayed delivery dates and then I get told that the driver that had my order had an accident and my order was lost in transit. Firstly the driver couldn't deliver my order because he had a lot of orders to do, when I enquire further mind you, I am the one requesting updates and none are being sent to me. Now my order is lost but when I contact their seller they say they didn't say anything to them. They haven't been communicating about any of that, I want my order. I won't be stopping until I get my order that I placed with my very hard earned money.
