Failed collections

Unprofessional courier company with extremely bad service. Packages are scheduled for pick up, drivers do not arrive to collect when you try to follow up, you are told you need rebook the package. Additionally if you shipping large/heavy items becareful because they always send small vehicles with complete disregard. Their poor service will negatively impact your business.
