Extremely Bad Service

I see many customers having the same horrible experience that I have with wumdrop, I was suppose to receive my order on the 26th of July but they never arrived. Then phoned Makro and a very kind lady rescheduled it to the 30th. On the 30th a Lady from Wumdrop phoned me to ask if I'm available for the delivery and I told her that I am free for the whole day. Surprise! My order never arrived! Received a sms notification at 17:57 (the only one for the whole day) that the driver is on his way to deliver, a few minutes after that I received another notification saying that I could not be reached. No Hooting (if he/she even was at my address!) No missed calls, Nothing! Not responding to emails and waited about half an hour online for and agent with the Live chat with no response. Useless!
